The Code of Ethics
Buddy reminded us all that ethics violations are no laughing matter. Interfering in another agent's contract, on either side, can result in a fine from our trade organization. Failure to pay the fine will result in an agent losing their membership. Should you come to your manager with ethical questions? The answer is an emphatic, "Yes!" early and often.
