The Wood Brothers Mobile App is really terrific. It's a powerful search tool that is cutomized for you. Clients that use this will be able to contact you directly as they search homes. It's excellent at identifying nearby available listings and open houses. If you've already installed it, teriffic, but if you don't have it, talk to Val, she can send you a link.

There is a major listing shortage right now. Agents should be doing whatever they can to get more listings. If you're not working, don't just make a few more calls. Attack!
