Stray Rescue is a great organization; their primary goal is to rescue stray animals in need of medical attention, restore them to health, and place them in loving, adoptive homes. Listing Inventory
If you're currently carrying listings, now is the time to take inventory. Which listings will sell in the next thirty days? If you don't think it's a possibility, maybe it's time to have a hard talk with the seller. If they're unwilling to reduce their price, it's not going to sell, and you're not helping your client.
Prospecting Former Sellers
There are a lot of sellers that tried to move three and four years ago, but could not. The market has improved, and they haven't tried since. We have the tools to find these listings, talk to your managers if you'd like help. People like to hear good news, it's up to you to deliver it.
