Buddy talked about the machines used in various trades. He mentioned that the more sophisticated the machine, the more it needs to be calibrated. If a doctor is about to perform laser surgery on your eyes, wouldn't you want to know that her laser has been calibrated that day?

Real estate is no exception, we must constantly work to calibrate our marketing. One of the essential steps to properly calibrate your marketing is by contacting your sphere. If your friends and family were asked if they knew a Realtor, would they readily say your name? If you're unsure, it might be time to make some calls. Post real estate related content to Facebook. Before you worry about calling strangers, call your friends and family to remind them that you are a Realtor.
