Buddy talked about the reasons that people move. In the last several years, people were moving out of a need, not a want. They moved because they could no longer afford their home, or because they lost a loved one. People moved because their family outgrew their home. This is no longer the case.
Interest rates are incredibly low. While prices are climbing, with jobs on the rise and recovery well on the way, people are now moving because they want to move. Since most people have felt like they couldn't move for the last six or seven years,
